- Born and raised in Lafayette, Mr. Newell is a shareholder in the firm. In practice since 1980, he
focuses on creditor’s rights, collections, foreclosures, and landlord-tenant law. Actively involved in many local charities,
Mr. Newell was presented the Pro Bono Publico Award by the Indiana Bar Foundation in 1999, the four-Way Test Award by the
Lafayette Daybreak Rotary in 2001 and the Citation of Professional Excellence by the Tippecanoe County Bar Association in 2004.
