- Mr. Stapleton is a shareholder in the firm. His practice is exclusively in the area of civil
litigation in wrongful death, personal injury, product liability,
medical malpractice, commercial litigation, and
insurance law. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, a designation only offered to those trial attorneys considered by their peers to be
in the top 1% of the trial attorneys in the United States. He has been named repeatedly as one of Indiana’s “Super Lawyers” by Indianapolis
Monthly Magazine. He is listed in "Best Lawyers in America" for personal injury attorneys. He holds the highest (AV) rating in the Martindale-Hubbell directory of attorneys. He is also a registered
mediator for civil disputes.
