Joseph T. Bumbleburg is a registered mediator in Indiana and devotes much of his time to mediating disputes involving personal injury, wrongful death, and various other civil matters.

He is a member of the Academy of Alumni Fellows of the Indiana University School of Law (Bloomington), Tippecanoe County, Indiana and American Bar, as well as an associate member of Indiana Trial Lawyers. Mr. Bumbleburg is an active member in the community and is often recognized for his service in the legal profession.

John K. McBride

John K. McBride focuses on individual and family estate planning, estate administration, trusts, general business, corporate, and partnership law, and municipal corporations law.

Mr. McBride has been active in the community, having served leadership partner on many boards of charitable entities. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and a Master Fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation. Mr. McBride has also served as the president, vice president, and treasurer of the Tippecanoe County Bar Association, and was the chairman of the Indiana Commission for Continuing Legal Education.

Jack L. Walkey

Trusts and Estates

Mr. Walkey is a board-certified Indiana estate planning and administration specialist. Jack is a member of the American Bar Association, the Indiana Bar Association, and the Tippecanoe County Bar Association.

He has frequently contributed to the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum seminars for attorneys and members of the community on topics relating to real estate, estate planning, and administration. Mr. Walkey has also served on the board of many local organizations and recently received the Grand Marquis de Lafayette for his 25 years of service to the Lafayette Police Civil Service Commission.
