I focus on creditor’s rights, collections, foreclosures, and landlord-tenant law.
I have always been interested in the founding of our country, and lawyers were major contributors to the start of our nation. These founders set an example and led to my career in law.
At Ball Eggleston, we are focused on getting the results that are best for our clients rather than the bottom line. Our team does good work for cases and for the community.
Our attorneys and staff not only have the longevity it takes to provide great legal service, but they have also become my lifelong friends. These relationships brought me to the firm, and make tackling problems easier.
I am a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Tippecanoe County Bar Association. I am a past chairman of the Indiana Commission on Continuing Legal Education and a contributing author and frequent speaker for ICLEF (Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum).
I enjoy being actively involved in many local charities in the community, including the Boy Scouts, Habitat for Humanity, and the United Way of Greater Lafayette.
I have been honored to receive awards for my service, including the Tippecanoe County Bar Association’s Citation of Professional Excellence and the Indiana State Bar Association’s Pro Bono Publico Award in 1999.
