I was raised in a small town in Eastern Iowa where I was active in 4-H and FFA. I also showed horses and angus cattle on the state, regional and national levels.
Prior to moving to Lafayette, I practiced in Iowa and Nebraska for nine years representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Due to my prior experience of representing doctors, hospitals and insurance companies, I bring a unique perspective to cases and anticipate many of the other side’s arguments.
I joined Ball Eggleston due to the strong reputation its attorneys have in and out of the courtroom, the client-centered approach, and the importance the firm places on giving back to the community.
Out-of-the-office, you will find me working on my acreage where I raise, train, and show horses.
Most of my clients have been permanently injured at no fault of their own. It is my job to not only listen, but to persuasively tell my clients’ stories so they may be adequately compensated for what was unjustly taken away from them.
