Michael J. Stapleton

Mr. Stapleton is a trial lawyer who exclusively handles cases involving wrongful death, personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, commercial litigation, and insurance law. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, serving as Indiana state chairman in 2007-08. He is on the board of directors of Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and in the Indiana Trial Lawyers College of Fellows. He is also a member of Indiana Bar Association, Master Fellow of Indiana Bar Association, and a member and past president of Tippecanoe Bar Association. He is listed in “Best Lawyers in America” for personal injury litigation, and selected as an Indiana “Super Lawyer” in Indianapolis Monthly magazine. He is also a registered mediator for civil disputes.
