At Ball Eggleston, I focus on individual and family estate and tax planning, estate administration, trusts, tax-deferred (I.R.C. 1031) exchanges, and residential, commercial, and farm real estate.
I was introduced to law and to Ball Eggleston by a former member of the firm. After clerking at Ball Eggleston during law school, I was glad to return to contribute to a firm that provides good, competent legal service.
I am a board-certified Indiana estate planning and administration specialist. I am a member of the American Bar Association, the Indiana Bar Association, and Tippecanoe County Bar Association.
I have frequently contributed to the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum seminars for attorneys and members of the community on topics relating to real estate, estate planning, and administration. I have also served on the board of many local organizations and recently was honored to receive the Grand Marquis de Lafayette Award for my 25 years of service to the Lafayette Police Civil Service Commission.
